Make Your Own Cooking Spray
1) Place the dried sea moss in a large bowl, cover it with filtered of spring water. Allow to soak (12-24 hours) .
2) Rinse the sea moss off well, removing any particles and add to a blender. *Add water a little at a time.
3) Blend sea moss 1-3 minutes until smooth.
4) Add fruits, herbs (ginger, turmeric, elderberry, etc. ) if desired.
5) Place in a closed container and store in the fridge.
Take 1-2 tablespoons daily or use with smoothies, drinks, or cooking.

Measure out 1 1/4 cup water into a glass measuring cup. Add 1/4 cup liquid oil of your choice (I like to have one bottle with olive oil and one bottle with avocado oil ready to use at all times). Pour into spray bottle. That's it

1) Boil one quart of distilled water.
2) Add a handful of dried rosemary leaves. Allow to steep for five hours.
3) Once cooled, the mixture can be diluted either in water to form a rinse or in shampoo.
4) Use the rosemary water hair rinse in your hair after you've shampooed your hair.
